Special thanks to Paul Kelly for his great support, as well as Missy Higgins, The Living End, Casey Chambers, Hoodoo Gurus, Sime Nugent and other Australian and Timorese artists who gave their time and many previously unreleased tracks, to the fundraising project. Please contact us if you would like to purchase a CD.
Debt of Honour DVD
The DVD ‘Debt of Honour’ explores the unique bond which developed between the Australian soldiers and their Timorese companions who tried to defend Australia from a Japanese invasion during the Second World War. When the InterFET Force went into Timor-Leste in 1999, General Peter Cosgrove also referred to the debt of honour which the Australians owed to the Timorese for support in WW2.
